Scheduling a Batch jobs in Tivoli

1.    Create Schedule in Production Management Console:

a.    http://cgtsapp23080.s2.ms.unilever.com:8080/DataServices/launch/logon.do

b.    User Name: KEMO Password: Password

c.    Go to Administrator then Repository: Local-1

d.    Go to Batch Job Configuration and Add Schedule for all the Jobs

2.    Check the Schedule and Host details in following database.

DB Name, Server & Instance	Port	Access Accounts	Passwords	Connection String	Function
tsdp003a.eu.unilever.com	11221	Kemo	Password	tsdp003a.eu.unilever.com,11221	Local Repository

a.    Database Check: SELECT * FROM  AL_SCHED_INFO

b.    Batch Files Check on Sever: CGTSAPP23078

a.    Login to CGTSAPP23078 (User Name: Kemo and Password: Password)

b.    Go to E:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Data Services\log\JS_CORD_P3

c.    Move both JOB Batch and Test files to E:\BODS_Jobs_Scripts and rename the file names with Original Job Name. Update the Text file Location from Local to UNC Path and also add –w before –S

Production UNC Path: \\s2\dfs\ES-GROUPS\cor\cgts2\tfsp003\BODS_Jobs_scripts

d.    Save all and please keep all the Scripts in Same Location (E:\BODS_Jobs_Scripts). After validation we can move to UNC Path Location.

e.    Finally Deactivate the Jobs in Repository Schedules
